arrive on time or at least 10 minutes early. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will deprive you of your valuable treatment time.
We strongly recommend that you take advantage of the steam & sauna rooms before your scheduled treatment as this allows the loosening of muscles and makes the massage more effective
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. You will be charged the full amount of the service. If you need to re-schedule an appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will be charged the full amount of the service but will be given credit towards the re-scheduled appointment.

All gift certificates and packages have a 12-month expiration from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, products or gratuities.
